Most orders for EU customers are fulfilled from our Italy Warehouse, ensuring fast delivery without customs duties for the end customer.
SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS (30-DAY POLICY)
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal required by EU law, KASER voluntarily offers an extended 30-day return period.

SECTION 8 - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (2-YEAR WARRANTY)
